Devine Business Group LLC was founded in January 2025 in Maryland and works internationally through our partnership with Charis Import and Export. We provide reliable transportation, delivery and hauling services, are expanding into surplus equipment liquidation, and advise businesses on growth and capital.
Our story
From trade and logistics to boardroom strategy.
Our CEO, Tomas Vacilevich, has spent more than 20 years in retail, import/export and trade, and works collaboratively with our partner, Charis Import and Export, in Ethiopia's mining sector. That work taught us how capital, logistics, compliance and people have to move together for a venture to last.
Today we bring that discipline to the Washington, DC region. We move patients, packages and equipment across Montgomery and Prince George's counties, DC and Northern Virginia, give surplus equipment a second life, and help other business leaders plan growth and structure capital.
